US domestic shipping:

You will receive an order confirmation email if your order was successfully placed - if you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking will update once the courier scans your package. If you have not received an update after 20 (U.S. Domestic), please contact us. We try to fulfill your orders within 2-5 day (Monday - Friday).

International shipping:

We do offer international shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification in your email when your order ships. International shipping rates will apply. Orders shipping internationally generally take 3-10 business days to arrive If you have not received an update after 30 (International) days, please contact us.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

RETURNS & Refunds

Returns:

Please note what is NOT available for exchange or a return:

  • Sale items

  • Pre-Ordered items

  • Gift Cards

  • Any Headwear or Footwear

Our return policy is valid for three days upon delivery. If you have received your order more than three days ago it is unfortunately no longer eligible for returns or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original packaging. Please contact hello@dtbd.co for any questions.

Refunds:
We have a no-refund policy for used items.

We allow a full refund on products purchased within 24hrs that have not been processed. After 24 hrs no refunds are available you will receive a store credit.

If you are granted an exchange and If the item does not pass personal inspection, it will be mailed back to you. At this time, DTBD does not pay for the shipping costs for the return of the item. Additionally, the shipping costs associated with the initial order will not be refunded.
