When is the next drop?
The best way to know about upcoming drops / releases / updates is by signing up for our email list on our website. You can also follow @shop_dtbdon Instagram.
What will be released in the upcoming drop?
We will send an email to the email list with details, prices, photos, size charts, etc. before the release of the drop. Please also check the DTBD Instagram (@shop_dtbd) for updates.
Shipping
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when you place your order. All successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation of the charges (please double-check to make sure you input the correct email address during checkout). CC and Debit Card holders must agree they are the primary cardholder and give us consent to charge the card entered at checkout.
Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email if your order was successfully placed - if you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking will update once the courier scans your package. If you have not received an update after 20 (U.S. Domestic) or 30 (International) consecutive days, please contact us. We try to fulfill your orders within 2-5 day (Monday - Friday).
Will I have to pay customs fees and import duties on international shipments?
Please be aware that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) and that you, the customer, are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Please email hello@dtbd.co ASAP if you need to change/cancel your order. Because we try to fulfill our orders as fast as possible, if we've already fulfilled your order, we won't be able to change/cancel it.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shippers responsibility?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
Returns
What is the return policy?
All Sales Are Final (Except for Apparel Exchanges)
All purchases made through DTBD are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services. However, we do allow exchanges on apparel items under specific conditions.
Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies) Exchanges
If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service within 7 daysof receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Exchanges are only permitted for size or color changes of the same item. If the desired size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Limited to one exchange per order—multiple exchanges on the same item are not permitted.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items with any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
- Contact our Customer Service - hello@dtbd.com - within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

Are there changes to this policy?
